Change of Price & New T & C

Due to the increase of managing cost, effective from 1 July 2010, the lodging price is increased as follows:

Weekdays - RM180/night
Weekend (Friday night & Saturday night) - RM220/night

New T&C

For the stay of less than 2 nights, we would required the following items:
i. A full deposit of all nights that you plan to stay - if cancelled during the stay, unfortunately we are unable to return the left over amount.

For the stay of more than 2 nights, we would require the following items:
i. A copy of IC as a proof of address
ii. A full deposit for all nights that you plan to stay - if cancelled during the stay, only 50% will be returned (after minus the number of nights that you have stayed).

Cash on Delivery. Cheques are not accepted.
